The on-boarding process for a worker is quite rigorous, as Jitjatjo makes sure that the individuals they are hiring are at a high quality, therefore, the process involved a fair amount of checks and balances along the way. To keep the application as smooth as possible, it was broken up into a number of different sections, allowing for the applicant to save their progress. These sections being initial details, positions applying for, experience, assessments, accreditation and selecting an interview time.
